Founding 50
The Founding 50 is a special group of the first 50 individuals in Brisbane North or the City of Moreton Bay, to contribute to the River North’s Endowment with a minimum gift of $100. These inaugural donors are helping lay the foundation for a strong, connected, and generous community - forming the roots from which River North’s legacy will grow. We also have Friends of the North for our neighbours living outside of the region.
How it works?
With an initial meaningful investment, you can secure your spot in the Founding 50 (a minimum gift of $100) for Brisbane North or the City of Moreton Bay, or as a Friend of the North.
Funding in early stages will establish our endowment for the north as well as contributing to micro-grants for responsive action addressing local needs.
We're all about connections - feedback from our F50 members is that they didn't know such cool people or organisations were right in their backyards!
As a member of the Founding 50, you’ll receive exclusive invitations or discounts to events, unique behind-the-scenes look at the foundation as its in its early stages, site visits, and recognition as a pioneer supporter shaping the future of our region.
Whether you're deeply excited about taking hyper-local action or ready to cheer on River North from the sidelines, there's an opportunity for you.
We have a range of involvement from our current F50 members - some people are actively hosting joint initiatives, or contributing time/talent/treasure and others may just attend gatherings and stay in the loop. There is no current mandatory commitment or role as a Founding50 member.
